Roast garlic bisque
Serves an untamed 4

3 cups vegetable stock
2 heads of garlic,
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut the garlic in half, wrap in tinfoil, and roast at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until soft
Bring the stock to a boil, and then add the garlic
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20- 25 minutes
Add the maple syrup, nutmeg, cream and season with salt and pepper
Cook an additional 5 minute
Puree the soup and then strain it
